These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 7zebd platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out below. Please read this document carefully before using any 7zebd service.
18+ Only
7zebd is strictly an adults-only platform. Players must be 18 years of age or older to register, deposit, or place any bet or wager on the platform.
Bangladesh Players
7zebd primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. Users are solely responsible for verifying that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active account on 7zebd. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.
BDT Transactions
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, DBBL, and City Bank.
Fair Play Standards
All casino games on 7zebd use independently audited random number generators. Sports odds are set fairly and are not manipulated to the systemic disadvantage of players.
English Governing Language
These Terms & Conditions are written and governed in English. In any dispute arising from interpretation of these terms, the English-language version shall take precedence.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the 7zebd website, mobile application, or any related service (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the 7zebd Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 7zebd (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email to your registered address.
2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
To register an account and use the 7zebd Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform :
- You must be at least 18 years of age. 7zebd does not permit persons under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds, or place bets under any circumstances.
- You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporate entities may not register player accounts.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of 7zebd or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
- You must not be residing in a jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any court order or legal restriction affecting your ability to enter contracts, you are not permitted to use the Platform.
By registering an account, you warrant and represent to 7zebd that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. 7zebd reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any point. Failure to complete such checks to the Company's satisfaction may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of 7zebd services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, contact details, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.
One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 7zebd Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 7zebd reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
Account Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity conducted via your account will be treated as authorised by you, whether or not you were aware of or consented to that specific activity, unless you have notified 7zebd of a security breach in a timely manner.
Security Obligations: You must notify 7zebd immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person. You can reach our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 7zebd will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
Account Verification (KYC): 7zebd applies a Know Your Customer process in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud prevention obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a copy of your National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification — before withdrawals are processed or at any time at the Company's discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
- All personal information submitted to 7zebd must be accurate and must relate to you personally — not to any other person.
- Any change to your personal details must be communicated to 7zebd support promptly.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
All financial transactions on the 7zebd Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7zebd supports a range of locally available payment methods to facilitate fast, convenient, and secure transactions for players across Bangladesh.
Supported Payment Methods: Deposits and withdrawals may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. Check the Payments page for current options and processing times.
Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits are credited to your 7zebd account balance promptly, typically within 60 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed during the deposit process.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed following verification of your account. For fully verified accounts in good standing, withdrawal processing to bKash and Nagad typically completes within minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take longer depending on the receiving institution. 7zebd reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details held on your 7zebd account.
- 7zebd does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
- Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player before processing is complete, in which case funds are returned to the account balance.
- The Company reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or responsible gaming review.
Unclaimed Balances: If your account remains inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months, 7zebd reserves the right to classify the account as dormant and apply an administrative maintenance fee in accordance with the fee schedule displayed in your account settings, until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on the 7zebd Platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to that market or game, as published on the Platform at the time of placement. In addition to product-specific rules, the following general principles apply to all betting and gaming activity on 7zebd.
Bet Placement and Confirmation: A bet or wager is not valid until confirmed by 7zebd's systems. You should not assume a bet is placed until you receive confirmation on screen. 7zebd is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on your end.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. 7zebd reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including setting individual account limits at the Company's discretion.
Errors and Technical Faults: In the event of a technical error — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, game malfunction, or incorrect payout calculation — 7zebd reserves the right to void the affected bets or wagers. Where a game malfunction results in an incorrect payout being credited to your account, the Company reserves the right to reclaim the overpaid amount.
Suspicious Activity and Integrity: 7zebd employs automated and manual monitoring to detect suspicious betting patterns, match-fixing involvement, arbitrage abuse, or other activity that undermines the integrity of the Platform. Any account found to be engaged in such activity may be suspended or permanently closed, and relevant winnings may be withheld pending investigation.
- Bets accepted in error (e.g., on an event already concluded) will be voided.
- Cricket betting markets, including BPL and T20 international fixtures, are subject to specific cricket rules available on the Platform.
- Live in-play bets are subject to a brief delay in acceptance to account for connectivity differences between players and the Platform.
- All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. RTP percentages for individual games are published in the game information panels.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
7zebd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the Promotion page of the Platform at the time the offer is made available. In addition, the following general bonus terms apply.
Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated. A wagering requirement specifies the total amount of real-money bets you must place before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
One Bonus Per Player: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each bonus or promotional offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, and per shared device or IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times — including by registering duplicate accounts — will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds and may lead to account closure.
Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, after which any unclaimed or unexpired bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in its individual terms. 7zebd will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.
- 7zebd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Bonuses may not be combined unless a promotion explicitly states that combination is permitted.
- Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. In most cases, real-money funds are used first when placing bets, unless the Platform specifies otherwise.
- Any abuse of bonus offers — including collusion, the use of automated tools, or exploiting bugs — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7zebd Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.
- Fraud and Deception: Providing false personal information during registration or verification, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or fraudulent payment method.
- Money Laundering: Using the 7zebd Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. 7zebd is committed to anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity as required.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format on the Platform.
- Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, software robots, or any automated system to place bets, gather information, or interact with the Platform in ways not intended for human users.
- Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback with a payment provider for a deposit that was genuinely made and used on the Platform. Chargebacks will be investigated and disputed, and accounts involved will be suspended pending resolution.
- Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting platform errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair financial advantage.
- Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or gamble if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access to the Platform for any person under 18.
- Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.
7zebd reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether conduct constitutes a violation of these prohibitions. Such determinations are final and binding.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your 7zebd account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon receiving a closure request, 7zebd will close your account within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified withdrawable balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.
Responsible Gaming — Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a time-out (24 hours to 30 days) or apply for self-exclusion (indefinite) through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings or by contacting support. Suspension or Closure by 7zebd: 7zebd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
- 7zebd reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
- The player has provided false or misleading information;
- Age or identity verification has not been completed to the Company's satisfaction;
- The player's continued use of the Platform poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to 7zebd;
- Regulatory or legal requirements oblige the Company to do so.
In cases of account closure for cause, 7zebd reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be legitimately earned and no breach is confirmed, they will be returned to the player via the registered payment method.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7zebd, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the 7zebd Platform.
This includes, without limitation, damages for:
- Loss of funds resulting from your own betting or gaming decisions;
- Platform unavailability, technical errors, or interruptions to service;
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
- Any inaccuracy in odds, game information, or market descriptions that does not arise from the Company's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
The 7zebd Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available or free from errors. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may occur, during which services may be temporarily unavailable.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit 7zebd's liability for death or personal injury resulting from gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
10. Amendments to These Terms
7zebd reserves the right to amend, revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page and will display the "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.
Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly alter your rights or obligations — 7zebd will endeavour to provide advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors or updates to contact information) may be made without prior notice.
Your continued use of the 7zebd Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.
